Lac Saint-Jean is so immense that its opposite shores can only be seen in the clearest of weather conditions. With an area of more than 1,000 km2, it is one of Québec’s ten largest lakes. It is also the most heavily populated lake in the province. With 195 210 km of shoreline, it offers a panorama of exceptional scenery.
